Go with Jesus

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ Meditations: Go With Jesus Christ.

Scripture text: Luke 8:22-25

Life is a journey. It is a journey with many ups and downs. It is full of adventures, surprises and uncertainties. Yesterday was no ordinary day for me. I was reminded that it’s not all “doom and gloom”. When we read Luke 8:22-25, we realise that it was Jesus who gave the instruction to cross over to the other side and he was with the disciples, yet a storm still arose against them in the journey. (Vrs 22).

In the journey of life, we face different kinds of storms. It may be in our career, marriage, relationship, health, finances, Job, family, academics, etc.

Thoughtful Question:πŸ€”πŸ€” What did the disciples do when the storm rose quickly against them? (Vrs 24)

Whenever there’s a problem in your life’s journey, quickly call on Jesus as the disciples did. We can only do this if Jesus is with us in the boat.

But have you invited Jesus into your life? 🀫

What kind of storm are you dealing with?

Is he with you in the journey of life?πŸ™ƒ

The disciples were able to call on Jesus because he was with them on the journey. If Jesus is not with us on our life’s journey, you won’t be able to call him in the time of trouble. Don’t wait till the time of trouble before inviting Jesus. Do it right now! Start with him now. (Ecclesiastes 12:1).

Questions: 1. How can we keep our fervency in the Lord?

How can the fact that Jesus knows us help us live for him?

So will I (listen to the lyrics in this song)

Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, we invite you into our lives. We plead with you to help us in our life’s Journey. ❀
